Background:
Opened in 1977, the school is housed in an open plan building and three mobile classrooms. Holly Grove serves an area of private modern housing and offers pupils a broad and balanced curriculum. Sports, the recorder and crafts are all offered as after-school clubs. In 2000, pupils were the winners of a local inter-school sports and cross-country event. There are strong links with the local church and businesses, who have provided sponsorship for some events in the past. The school aims to offer a happy, safe and secure environment in a family atmosphere.
